A different afternoon in the Alps awaited our team in Austria on Tuesday as part of a team bonding event! Shortly after lunch, the team departed for the wildlife park. Besides the wonderful route through the forest and the picturesque houses, the view from the mountain tops were breathtaking. In fact, the members of the coaching team made sure that the adrenaline was pumping by giving to everyone the opportunity to “fly” … Tied to a wire rope, flew from one mountain top to another from 120 meters above the surface, covering a distance of one thousand meters! Those who dared to do it had something to say about the experience.
Meanwhile, Tuesday morning's programme included a virtual reality training session and then the players who participated on Monday’s friendly had a training-recovery session in the pool. On the contrary, those who didn’t play or got limited playing time in the game against Huddersfield, had a regular training session on the pitch.
For Wednesday, the players will return to the pitch again, as the schedule includes both morning and afternoon training sessions, while on Thursday, Aris will hold the second friendly in Austria against Hamburg, a well-known team participating in 2 Bundesliga.
