Latvia and Austria will host Aris squad for the main stage of the pre-season. Our team will fly to Riga on Sunday early afternoon (15:00). From there, they will travel by bus to the city of Jurmala and specifically to Lielupe hotel (as we did last year), as both the hotel and the training facilities are ideal.
Aris will have two friendly matches in Latvia with local teams. On 5/7 against Auda and on 7/7 against Metta. On Saturday, July 8th, our team's delegation will fly to the Austrian capital Vienna. The players will be given a few days off and will return in training on Tuesday 11th of July. In Austria, Aris will be staying at the beautiful Pyramide Hotel which is located approximately 30 minutes from Vienna. During its stay in Austria, Aris will play three friendly matches. On July 14th against Sturm Graz, on July 16th against Dinamo Kiev and on July 18th against Austria Vienna.
The squad that will fly to Latvia on Sunday includes 19 players. Alves, L.Sofroniou, M.Sofroniou, Chrysostomou, Boakye, Caju, Yandal, Koroma, Brorsson, Bengtsson, Spoljaric, Szoke, Struski, Gomis, Urosevic, Nikolic, Shumanski, Demetriou and Brown. Mario Stepinski will join the team's delegation in Latvia on Sunday. Internationals players Pileas, Yago, Babicka, Moussounda and Mayambela have been given additional days to rest and will fly to Latvia on Tuesday, June 27.
