As is customary for our team in recent years, the main stage of Aris' pre-season training will take place in two countries.
On June 13, 14, and 15, our players will undergo the necessary ergometric and blood tests, as is standard practice, and on Monday, June 16, the team will fly to Latvia for the first stage of training, which will last ten days.
Our team will once again stay at the Lielupe Hotel in the Jūrmala resort—as it has for the past three years—and will train at the facilities of the city's municipal stadium, the "Sloka Stadium."
On June 26, the team will travel to Austria, specifically to the village of Schladming, which is in the Austrian Alps, 90 kilometres from Salzburg. There, the team will remain for nearly three weeks and during this time will play several friendly matches.
The team will be accommodated at the Falkensteiner Hotel, which offers top notch facilities. Schladming, located at an altitude of 750 meters, -ideal for endurance training- is a popular destination for major European clubs for their summer pre-season. The German team Wolfsburg and many other clubs such as Hertha BSC, FC Augsburg, FC Heidenheim, held their pre-season camps there last year.
Aris will return to Cyprus on July 17.
