Aris Limassol announces the signing of a two-year agreement with Belarusian coach Artem Radkov.
The 39-year-old (26/08/85) coach, worked until recently as an assistant coach for the Russian Premier League team FC Dynamo Makhachkala. Prior to his tenure in Russia, Radkov worked for two years as head coach of FC Isloch in Belarus, leading the team to its first-ever Cup Final and a 5th-place finish in the league. Thanks to these achievements, he was named the best coach in Belarusian Premier League for 2022
Earlier in his career, he served as assistant coach at BATE Borisov, the Belarus U21 national team, and FC Energetik.
Radkov began his coaching career in 2017, having ended his playing career two years earlier.
As a player, he spent most of his career at BATE Borisov (242 appearances), with whom he won 7 league titles, 2 Belarusian Cups, and competed in the UEFA Champions League group stages. He made a total of 45 appearances in European competitions. He also played for FC Khimki in Russia and concluded his career in Turkey’s top division with Gençlerbirliği. Radkov had also earned 13 caps with his national team.
