In the presence of our team's new signing, Leon Balogun, Aris FC continued its preparation today in Jurmala.
The experienced defender, who joined the team’s camp last night, was the new face in today’s training session. Balogun followed the gym program along with the rest of the team and then participated in part of the field training before doing an individual session with the team’s fitness coach.
The results of the physical tests he underwent were excellent, and in the coming days, he will be able to fully follow the team’s training program.
Today's training session did not differ significantly from yesterday’s, with the main difference being that the intensity levels were even higher.
In the morning gym session, the players worked on upper body strengthening, and the field training mainly focused on ball games and tactics.
In the afternoon session, which took place on the field, emphasis was placed on tactical exercises with the ball.
As in previous years, each training day begins early in the morning -for 4 players per day-with virtual reality training, which enhances the players’ cognitive perception and improves reaction time.
