Aris FC players got back to work today with a full training schedule in Schladming, Austria.
Marhiev, Matysik, and Montnor, who had not participated in the first camp in Latvia due to commitments with their national teams, have now joined the squad, along with Sané, who had been following an individual training program in Cyprus while his visa issue was being resolved.
The training program began in the morning at the gym, with the players performing lower-body strength exercises. This was followed by a field session focused on build-up play drills and both offensive and defensive tactics.
The afternoon training session was conducted entirely on the field. After the warm-up, the players engaged in a possession game in small spaces and finished with a training game on half the pitch.
