With a morning gym session followed by training at the Skola municipal Stadium in Jūrmala, Aris completed its training cycle in Latvia on Tuesday.
At the gym, the players performed upper body strength exercises. Then, the training session on the field focused mainly on tactical drills related to ball possession and build-up play, while towards the end, they also worked on set pieces.
On Tuesday afternoon, there was no training session scheduled and the players were given time off to rest.
On Wednesday, Aris will play its first—and only—friendly match in the Baltic country, against RFS, marking the end of the first stage of the preseason.
The friendly will kick off at 11:00 (Cyprus time) and will take place at the RFS stadium. Coach Artem Radkov, is expected to give playing time to all players.
