ARIS Limassol today announced the signing of Cypriot defender Kostas Pileas. The 23-year old left back had 25 caps for Ethnikos Achnas and he was a regular in his team's cup campaign that reached the final.
As a youngster, Pileas had a spell in Arsenal’s youth teams from 2014-17 and, returning back to Cyprus, he signed for Anorthosis Famagusta. He had a loan spell at Ermis FC in the 2018-19 season. In the next season, he returned to Anorthosis and won the 2020-21 cup before moving to Ethnikos Achnas last summer.
The young defender was a member of the U17, U19, and U21 of Cyprus. We’d like to welcome Kostas Pileas to ARIS and wish him every success with our club!
