The second week in Jūrmala began just like the previous one — with double training sessions in the morning and afternoon.
The morning session initially included gym work, with the players performing lower-body exercises.
Then, on the field, after the warm-up, the program included a few low-intensity sprints, while the majority of the training focused on one-on-one and two-on-two games in small spaces and at high intensity.
The afternoon training was conducted entirely on the pitch. After the warm-up, the program included low-intensity sprints and then a tactical game in small spaces.
Monday was the last day of double training sessions in Latvia, since for Tuesday is scheduled one training session. The friendly match against RFS on Wednesday, will conclude the first stage of preparation in the Baltic country.
