A different afternoon awaited our team delegation on Saturday in Latvia. Early in the afternoon, the team went to Riga and the players tested their skills on the Go-karts. Players, coaches and staff, tested their skills on the track. At the end, the three fastest drivers, Aliaksei Shpileuski, Karol Struski and Leo Bengtsson, took their place on the winners' podium for the awards ceremony, to the cheers of the others. This team-bonding activity, concluded the second week of preparation in Jurmala, Latvia.
On Sunday, the players will enjoy their 2nd day off since June 24th when the main preparation stage began in the Baltic country.
According to the pre-season schedule, the training sessions pace drops on weekends, so the players get the chance to recover. Nevertheless, players trained early in the morning with a run at the beach in Jurmala.
