Aris Limassol announces the transfer of Matija Spoljaric to Anorthosis.
Matija had been with the club for the last three years and his presence has been linked to our team revival. The great character and undisputed quality of the international midfielder, have elevated him as one of the favourites among Aris fans.
His two goals in the last league game of the 2021-22 season, which led our team to Europe for the first time ever, as well as his goals and assists, will stay in the memory of Aris fans forever.
The 27-year-old midfielder, was a member of the team that celebrated Aris first ever championship title, won the 1st Super Cup, and participated in Europa League group stage. He bids farewell to our team, having recorded a total of 71 appearances and 14 goals, in all competitions.
