Thursday morning training session, started with strengthening and agility-mobility exercises for Aris players, following to the letter the pre-season schedule prepared by the coaching staff for the first week in Latvia.
In the afternoon, following the warm-up, the training included ball drills, tactical ball training and game. The main feature of the afternoon training session was the high intensity used in every single one of the drills executed by the players.
Meanwhile, a few minutes after six o'clock in the afternoon, Jaden Montnor, Alex Moussounda and Milosz Matysik arrived at Riga airport. The three had been given an additional few days' leave due to their national team duty. They will join the rest of the team in training as of Friday.
Steeve Yago is expected in Latvia on Sunday evening. With his arrival, there will have a quorum, as all the players will be in the Baltic country for the main pre-season camp.
Friday will conclude the cycle of double training sessions of the first week in Jurmala, Latvia, as there is only a morning training session scheduled for Saturday.
