Three years at the helms of Aris FC

Today marks three years at the helm of our team for our head-coach, Aliaksei Shpileuski, who is also the longest-serving active coach in the Cypriot league. The Belarusian coach took over the team in the 2021-22 season after the completion of the regular season of the championship and made his debut in the first play-offs game of the A group against APOEL in Nicosia.

Since then, Aliaksei Shpileuski has managed 128 games in all competitions as the head coach of Aris, winning the 2022-23 championship title, the 2023 Super Cup, and also led the team in the Europa League group stages of 2023-24 season, he is undeniably the most successful coach in the history of our club.

Out of the 128 matches he has managed, 106 were for the league, 7 in the cup, 14 in European competitions, and 1 for the Super Cup. His overall record stands at 69 wins, 30 draws, and 29 losses, with a win percentage of an impressive 54%!

His success rate in the league is even higher, with a total of 106 games, achieving 60 wins (57%), 28 draws (26%), and 18 losses (17%).

Moreover, Shpileuski’s successes in domestic competitions have been accompanied by attacking football, as Aris, under his leadership, has scored 190 goals in 106 league matches, translating to 1.79 goals on average per game!

Numbers entousiasts claim that numbers always tell the truth. However, the greatest Shpileuski’s achievement cannot be measured by these, because with all he has accomplished, he has given the fans the right to believe and dream of greatness.

Congratulations, Coach, and here's to even greater successes!
