Two training sessions in the morning and the afternoon included in the 3rd day of Aris FC pre-season schedule in Jurmala, Latvia. Morning workout included strength, aglility and mobility exercises with increased difficulty level compare to Tuesday session.
The afternoon practice was about football drills and games, with the players working at high intensity for a long duration.
Meanwhile, Zakaria Sawo continued his recovery today, working in the gym, the pool and running in the sand. Sawo suffered a fracture of the 5th metatarsal in during the last second last game of the previous season. According to Aris' medical team, the Swedish striker is expected to get up to speed early next week.
On another note, the three international players (Montnor, Moussounda, Matysik) who had taken additional few days leave due to international duty, are expected in Latvia tomorrow afternoon to join their team-mates in the pre-season camp.
