Two training sessions were on schedule for Aris second day in the pre-season camp in Austria. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. On these two days, Saturday and Sunday, the players completed a total of four training sessions.
Sunday morning's schedule included ball drills and then coach put his tactical plans on the pitch in a short duration game using the whole pitch.
The afternoon session included a similar schedule. Following the warm-up, the players practiced with the ball and then applied the tactics the coach wants to implement, with and without the ball, in an 11-against -11 game.
On Monday, Aris FC will hold the first friendly game in Austria against English side Huddersfield Town at 19:00 CY time (18:00 local time). It is expected to be a pretty high intensity game, as it is known that the pace and intensity with which they compete in the professional leagues in England, is quite high. At the same time, English 3rd tier (League one) in which our tomorrow's opponent participates, starts on August 9, therefore, the level of readiness of the opponents will logically be higher.
