February the 28th, 2022. The date when Aliaksei Shpileuski took over the reins of our team as a head coach. Two years later, the Belarusian coach has written his name in gold letters in Aris history book, with unprecedented successes to show for it. With him in charge, Aris family celebrated the first ever qualification in Europe, the first ever championship title, the first Super Cup title and competed for the first time ever in European competition group stage!
The young coach made his debut on Aris bench, on March 5th, in the opening game of the 2021-22 play-offs and has now complete 90 games in all competitions.
Shpileuski guided the team in 73 league matches, 14 matches in Europe, 2 in the Cup and 1 in the Super Cup, with an overall winning percentage of 54%!
In the league his success rate reached an impressive 58%!
In these 90 matches, Shpileuski’s team scored a total of 167 goals, which gives an average of 1.85 goals per match!
In the current season, the team currently occupies the 2nd place in the league, reached the cup quarter-finals and is once again in contention for the title. However, the most important achievement of Aliaksei Shpileuski is that the team performances allow Aris fans to keep dreaming.
