The young central defender, who hails from Guinea, was born and raised in Paris.
Sow began his football journey in the FC Gobelins academy. At the age of 15, he joined the AS Monaco youth system.
During the 2022–23 season, Sow won the Coupe Gambardella, France’s U19 national cup, with Monaco’s U19 team.
From the 2023–24 season, he was promoted to Monaco’s “Elite” (U21) squad, a group designed for players under 21 who are considered to have significant development potential.
