The Finnish midfielder, of Russian origin, joined our team from RFS Latvia where he played for two seasons (23-24) having won two championships and one cup. With the Latvian champions he also participated in the Europa League group stages of 2024-25 season.
His main position is central midfielder, but he also played in other midfield positions.
Markhiyev was an international with the Finnish national junior teams, and he is also international with the country's U21 team.
