The Northern Ireland international is the latest transfer addition to our team, joining on a one-year loan from Rangers FC.
McCausland, is 22 years old (born on 12/05/2003) and plays as a winger. He began his career at the Linfield youth academy and joined Rangers at the age of 16, where he played for the U18, U19, and Rangers B teams.
He made his professional debut with Rangers’ first team in the 2021–2022 season at the age of 19. In total, he made 66 appearances across all competitions, including 12 matches in the UEFA Europa League group stage.
During the past season (2024–2025), he featured in 25 matches, scoring 3 goals and providing 1 assist.
At the national team level, McCausland has played for Northern Ireland’s U16, U17, U19, and U21 teams. Since November 2023, he has been a member of the senior national team, earning 5 caps.
