Aris Limassol FC, in partnership with sponsor Quadcode, implemented a special initiative as part of Autism Awareness Month.
As part of this initiative, unique banners were created in collaboration with the children, highlighting the importance of inclusion and celebrating the individuality of every participant.
The banners were displayed in the stands during our most recent home match, sending a powerful message that football is truly for everyone.
Some of the children accompanied our players onto the pitch during the team walkout, while at halftime they received symbolic gifts from the club’s mascot.
For the past four years, Aris has been running a dedicated football academy for children on the autism spectrum, currently supporting 40 young participants. The program provides a safe and supportive environment where the children train once a week, developing not only their football skills but also their confidence, communication abilities, and sense of belonging.
