Dr Christos Papadopoulos is the latest addition to the ARIS coaching team, which is now complete following the arrival of Aliaksei Shpileuski.
Among other duties, Dr Papadopoulos will be our club’s fitness coach. He has an impressive CV to display since his academic competence is combined with his work experience in big European clubs.
The experienced coach has a Doctor in Sports Science degree and worked in German Bundesliga clubs for 14 years. From 2000 till 2009, he was a fitness and rehabilitation coach at Schalke and had the chance to work next to such great head coaches as Marc Wilmots, Jupp Heynckess and Ralf Rangnick. He then moved for a single season to Dubai’s Al Nasr before returning back to Bundesliga for Stuttgart, where he worked from 2011 to 2015. His next job was in the Romania National team (2016-2018). He then joined our coach’s Aliaksei Shpileuski coaching team in Kairat Kazakhstan and now they are reunited at our club.
