Aris Limassol FC announces the signing of the 20-year-old (11/04/2004) striker from Gabon, Rody Junior Effaghe, for a period of 2.5 years.
Effaghe is a center forward who played for FC Gomel Belarus for the last two years. In the season that was completed at the end of November, Effaghe recorded 27 appearances and with the 17 goals he scored, he was the top scorer in the league.
In his first season at FC Gomel, he had 23 appearances and scored 5 goals, having previously played for FC Dinamo Auto Moldova. The African striker joined our team as a free agent since his agreement with FC Gomel was completed by the end of the season in Belarus.
Despite his young age, Effaghe is already a full international with the Gabon National Team, having record so far 5 appearances and 1 goal.
