His hard work and great performances with Aris have been rewarded for out team’s young midfielder. Karol is included for the first time in the call-up of Poland's Men's National Team coach Michal Probierz.
At just 22 years of age (18/01/2001), Struski, in his second season with our team, convinced the Poland coach to call him up ahead of the crucial Euro qualifying match against the Czech Republic on Friday.
Struski managed to earn a place as a regular with Aris from his first season at the club recording 29 league appearances (23 as a starter). He is also among Shpileuski's first-choice options this season, both in the league and in Europe.
The player has been checked in person a few days ago by Probierz assistant, who was also convinced by the young Pole's abilities.
It’s worth mentioning that Karol is the 6th Aris player to be named an international for his country's men's national team while playing for Aris. He was preceded by Babicka, Moussounda, Mayambela, Sane and Pileas.
Congratulations Karol, you deserve it!
