Aris Limassol announces that Joel Damahou is leaving the club after 5.5 years of multifaceted contribution, as he seeks a new challenge in his career.
Damahou first joined our team as a player in January 2020 and remained until the summer of 2021, hanging up his boots after helping secure our return to the First Division.
Despite stepping away from active competition, Damahou stayed with the club, serving as Technical Director. In this role, he played a key part in shaping our roster, bringing in players who contributed significantly to the team’s recent successes and generating considerable financial benefit through their subsequent transfers.
Joel has been part of Aris’ journey from the old era to the new and will always remain an important figure in the history of our club.
We sincerely thank Joel for his many years of service and wish him every success in the next chapter of his career.
