The 34-year-old (born 14 January 1991), Wesley Andrew Foderingham, arrives on a transfer with no fee involved from West Ham United.
Foderingham began his career in the youth academies of Fulham and later Crystal Palace, before going out on loan to various lower-division clubs in England.
In the 2011–12 season, he joined Swindon Town on loan in League Two, where he played a key role in their title-winning campaign that secured promotion to League One. He remained with Swindon until the summer of 2015, making a total of 191 appearances.
He then moved to Rangers in Scotland, where he spent five years (2015–2020), recording 143 appearances.
From the summer of 2020 until the end of the 2023–24 season, he played for Sheffield United, making 112 appearances, including 30 in the country’s top tier, the English Premier League.
The experienced goalkeeper has also represented England at U16, U17, and U19 levels.
We warmly welcome Wes Foderingham to our club and wish him every success.
