In this case, the distinction applies on an individual level as seven of our players are among the 44 nominees for a place in the best team (best eleven) of the seasonю. It will be announced during the PASP awards next Thursday (May 12).
Goalkeeper Vana Alves, defenders Gordon Schildenlfeld, Steeve Yago, and Kazu; midfielder Matija Spoljaric; and forwards Mariusz Stepinski and Shavy Babicka are the ARIS nominees.
Our players' nomination’s importance is even higher considering that all nominees were chosen following a vote procedure among all first division players.
Regardless of the number of ARIS players that will make it into the best eleven, the fact alone that they are among the nominees is a success for ARIS. And despite that this is an individual award, for sure this reflects on the whole team.
