Aris Limassol announces that its collaboration with goalkeeper Lenos Sofroniou will come to an end upon the completion of the current season.
The 31-year-old goalkeeper has been a point of reference and a symbol of stability for Aris, being the club’s longest-serving player in its modern history. He spent the last seven years with our team, beginning his journey in the Second Division during the 2019–20 season.
He experienced firsthand the club’s transformation and transition into a new era, earning the respect and appreciation of everyone at the club. Although he made 29 appearances in the Aris shirt, he was considered among the team captains for several years.
We would like to thank Lenos for his many years of service and dedication to Aris and wish him every success in the next chapter of his career and personal life.
