Aris FC players returned to the field on Tuesday after Monday's day-off. Tuesday's schedule included a morning practice and theory in the afternoon. In the training, following the warm-up the players practiced ball drills and then tactical play 11 against 11, closing with set pieces drills.
Connor Goldson, Aris FC latest signing, was integrated in the squad following the training session with the rest of the team. On the other hand, absent from the morning training session was Vana Alves who once again got unlucky. The Brazilian goalkeeper felt discomfort in his adductor on Sunday morning's training session, and the tests he underwent yesterday revealed an adductor problem that is expected to keep him out of action for 3-4 weeks. Caju who continued his treatment therapy was also absent. During the morning practice Morgan Brown felt discomfort in his knee and withdrew. The English midfielder's problem is not a cause for concern, but he will undergo conservative treatment for a few days.
On Wednesday, Aris FC will lock horns with a very strong opponent, the Italian side Udinese Calcio, in our 4th friendly on Austrian soil.
Tomorrow's game will kick off at 16:00 (17:00 Cyprus time) and will be broadcasted live in Cyprus on Cytavision Sports 1.
