Aris Limassol announces the permanent transfer of Gustavo Paje from Vila Nova FC after exercising the option to purchase included in his loan agreement. The Brazilian attacking midfielder has signed a four-year contract that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2030.
The 21-year-old (born on February 2, 2005) joined Aris on loan in January 2025. During his five months with the club, he demonstrated both the qualities and determination required to continue his development and make a meaningful contribution to the team.
Paje made 17 appearances in the Aris shirt, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
Prior to joining Aris, he made a total of 28 appearances in all competitions for Vila Nova FC, recording six goals and four assists.
At youth level, the Brazilian attacking midfielder was a member of Botafogo's U17 team before representing the U20 sides of Bangu RJ, Barretos EC and Athletico. In January 2024, he joined Vila Nova FC and became a member of the club's senior squad in January 2025.
