ARIS FC players return to training sessions on Tuesday, following yesterday’s recovery and relaxation schedule. This was the last double session on Latvian soil, since on Wednesday there will be only one training session in the morning.
In the afternoon, ARIS FC will play the 2nd friendly game in Latvia before they fly back to Cyprus on Thursday.
The morning session was quite tense and players worked for strength and endurance throughout circular exercises.
The afternoon session was about tactics, positioning, and finishing.
Our opponent for tomorrow will be Skantes SK, a second division club from Latvia. Kick-off is set for 17:00.
