Aris FC was in the spotlight of PASP's annual awards event as our team won the most individual awards.
Specifically, Aris was the team with the most players in the best eleven of the championship, having in total, four players. Vana Alves, Kostas Pileas, Shavy Babika and Alexander Kokorin.
The one who swept the awards was Vana Alves. The Brazilian goalkeeper received a total of three awards. The “best goalkeeper”, the “best save” (in the match against AEK) and the "Golden Gloves" award, which is given to the goalkeeper with the most clean sheets. For the record, Vana has not conceded a goal in 17 games so far!
The most important award of the night also ended up in "green" hands. Those of Alexander Kokorin who was named the best player of the championship!
The 4 Aris winners were joined by coach Alexei Shpilevski who was named the best coach of the season!
Finally, two more Aris players, Steve Yago and Julius Zoke, were included in the 2nd best eleven of the championship.
