The Aris squad arrived in Riga, the capital of Latvia, earlier today, where the team will complete the first of its three pre-season training camps abroad.
The delegation landed in Riga shortly before 2:00 p.m. local time. Following lunch, the players had the opportunity to rest before taking part in their first training session later in the afternoon.
From tomorrow, the players will follow a morning and afternoon training schedule, with the focus of this first stage of pre-season preparation placed on physical conditioning and strength development.
The club's three international players who were on duty with their respective national teams – Charalampos Charalambous, Anderson Correia and Yacine Bourhane – have been granted an additional week of leave for recovery. They are expected to join the rest of the squad in Latvia next Monday.
