Aris Limassol began its second pre-season training camp in Poland today with double training sessions, held in the morning and afternoon. The camp is taking place in the town of Warka, located approximately 50 kilometres from the capital, Warsaw.
The morning session saw the players divided into two groups to ensure a smooth return to training following the three-day break they enjoyed after the conclusion of the first training camp in Latvia.
The one-hour programme focused on mobility and agility exercises.
The afternoon training session on the pitch, lasted approximately 70 minutes and included adaptation drills, passing exercises, rondos, and small-sided games.
The team's pre-season schedule continues on Thursday with another double training session.
